Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use Breakoutly (breakoutly.com). By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

Breakoutly helps you find short-form videos that did unusually well for their creator, understand why, and plan your own content. Numbers come from public data through third-party providers and can be late or wrong. Every number shows when it was updated. Breakoutly is not affiliated with TikTok, YouTube or Instagram.

Your account

You must be at least 16.
Keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
One person per account. Agency plans add workspaces and seats for a team.

Plans, trial and fair use

Plans have a flat monthly price and a published daily fair-use cap. There are no credits. Failed requests do not count against the cap.
The free trial never turns into a paid plan by itself. You choose a plan if you want one.
Paid plans renew each month. We email you 7 days before each renewal charge.

Cancel and refunds

Cancel any time in Billing with one click. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
You can request a full refund in the app within 7 days of a charge. After 7 days, email meetismailblogger@gmail.com and we will look at it fairly.
Payments are handled by Paddle as merchant of record, which also handles sales tax and invoices.

Acceptable use

Do not use Breakoutly to:

run fake accounts, view bots, mass auto-posting, or anything that games a platform's rules or rewards programs;
download, re-upload or re-host other creators' videos;
copy other creators' work word for word and pass it off as your own;
scrape, resell or bulk-export Breakoutly data, or get around the fair-use cap;
break the law or the terms of TikTok, YouTube or Instagram.

We may suspend accounts that do these things. Where we can, we warn you first.

Your content and AI output

Scripts, hooks and plans you make are yours. AI suggestions can be wrong or similar to existing content, so check them before you publish. You are responsible for what you post and for following each platform's rules, including rules on originality and rewards eligibility.

No guarantees

Breakoutly is provided as is. We do not promise that any video will get views or income. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Changes and ending

We may change these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you in the app at least 14 days before it applies. You can stop using Breakoutly and delete your account at any time, see the Privacy Policy.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. This does not remove consumer rights you have where you live.
